Royal Mail Service Disruptions
Update From 25.08.2022 onwards

Royal Mail are currently facing service disruptions and delays due to back logs. Unfortunately, Royal Mail are having delays in processing parcels due to strike days and other accompanying reasons. In order to raise a parcel as lost in the network it has to have no updates for at least 10 business days from the day that Royal Mail scanned the parcel into the system.
Once we have been able to contact Royal Mail to raise a lost parcel it will take up to 30 days hear back from them in this time they will do an extensive inspection to locate the parcel, if the parcel is located they will try to deliver the parcel if the parcel is not located they will send us a letter declaring the parcel as lost. Only after we have retained this letter declaring that your parcel is lost can we offer a full refund or replacement order. Please note that the day the parcel was scanned, weekends, bank holidays and strike days are not classed as a Working Day to Royal Mail. We do however in the meantime apologise for any delays that are likely to occur.

We do not have a Christmas or birthday or occasion delivery date guarantee. We are not liable or responsible for any parcels that are delayed or arrive late for an occasion this is completely out of our control.

Royal Mail Scanning errors
Royal Mail in the case that your parcel has obtained a scanning error meaning that it was been scanned as delivered beforehand, this will not affect the parcel, the parcel will still make it’s way through the system and it’s way to be delivered to you. The Delivered time and date will update again once delivered to the delivery address along with a GPS location of the delivery address visible to yourself and us and a delivery photo visible to ourselves. Once again as stated above with delays and disruptions your parcel will be treated the same as any parcel, please allow 10 Working Days after the parcel was scanned into the Royal Mail system for delivery, (This does not include weekends, bank holidays, strike days or the day the item was scanned)
There may sometimes be delays with couriers that we are not responsible for. We ship all our orders via Royal Mail and Evri. If you are in need of next day delivery for an event or occasion, please message us ASAP and we will arrange this for you at an additional cost.
Please note if your order contains an order in item/ pre order product your whole order will be dispatched once your item has arrived to us.
We can send order items separately at additional postage charges.
Delivery times estimated at 5 working days Once dispatched. The estimated delivery times are based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the delivery company. Other factors — like placing an order on a weekend or a bank holiday — may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimation. All our items will be shipped by an economy tracked service. Once items are dispatched, a confirmation email along with tracking number will be sent to you. We operate a flat fee structure where the cost of P&P will be £3.50 regardless of what you buy. Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic there are extreme postal delays which are out of our hands, and we cannot guarantee that you'll receive an order by a certain date for this reason.

Lost and delayed parcels
Unfortunately, at this time there are extremely postal delays. We cannot raise a case of a lost parcel until after 10 Working Days with Royal Mail and 2 weeks with Evri. Currently we only ship to UK addresses - residential only. Please allow 10 Working Days after the parcel was scanned into the Royal Mail system for delivery, (This does not include weekends, bank holidays, strike days or the day the item was scanned) After 10 Working Days we'll be able to raise an issue with the parcel with Royal Mail to which they will start an investigation to find and deliver the parcel this can take up to 30 days, if the parcel can still not be located Royal Mail will contact us to let us know to the parcel is lost which we can then offer a full refund or replace.
Pre orders are always stated on the products description and when the item is estimated to be due to arrive to us. Please remember that this is an estimate not a guarantee. Pre orders are subject to possibility of delays.

Please contact us BEFORE placing an order if you are in a rush for an order and we can try to help as much as possible but pre orders are out of our hands to how fast they get to you also as we cannot control any delays due to Covid-19 outbreaks at ports, driver shortages, postal strikes and so on.
