What is a pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item as your own before it’s even in stock, ensuring you’re guaranteed to get it before it sells out again. If a product is currently out of stock and we have more arriving soon, you may be able to place a pre-order. The stock will be allocated to you from an upcoming shipment and, once it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll personalise, pack it up and send it on to you. (along with the rest of your order if you have other items in your order.

How do I tell the difference between a pre-order item and a standard order item?
Whilst browsing our website, you'll see that on the product page it will state 'pre order item' or 'pre order only' with an estimated time of arrival to us.

When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
Delivery dates will vary from product to product. You’ll be able to see an estimated delivery date on the product page. All pre orders are dispatched to you within 48 hours of us receiving them. Unfortunately, we can never completely guarantee the delivery date for a pre-ordered item as the time of arrival is an estimation and pre orders can be subject to delays

Are the delivery dates for pre-ordered items accurate?
Unfortunately, we can never completely guarantee the delivery date for a pre-ordered item. We know you’ll be eagerly awaiting its arrival though, so you can message us at any time to see if there are any current updates on your order or if the status is still the time

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Unfortunately we do not accept cancelations for any pre order items or standard items that have been personalised or customised by yourself. If your order has not been customised then please contact us

Can I change the information on my pre-order?
We understand that a lot can happen in a short space of time, so if you’ve pre-ordered an item and your address has changed, just contact our Customer Care team and one of us will update this for you. Unfortunately, there are some details that we can’t change, such as the name of the recipient, delivery date, or the card details stored for this order.

Will you ever run out of stock before shipping my order?
As soon as you place your order, the stock will be allocated to you. No one else will be able to purchase those allocated products. On the very rare occasion that this does occur, due to a system error or other unforeseen issues that are beyond our control, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and you’ll be refunded in full.

I’ve ordered other items at the same time as my pre-order. Will they arrive at the same time?
Depending on when our next shipments are due, some pre-orders may take quite a while to arrive. To ensure you get the rest of your order sooner rather than later, we’ll dispatch any items that we can clearly see are for a special occasion such as items in our Mother's Day category that are already in stock, these will be dispatched separately. If you haven't contacted us before ordering and haven't ordered any items from our seasonal products categories such as 'Easter' or 'Mother's Day' The your whole order will be shipped together with the pre order items. If you need your other items sooner then we will send these out to you and then invoice you for the additional postage for your pre order items once they have arrived to us, we'll then dispatch them once this invoice is paid.
